I stayed with numa for a few nights and overall the digital key was really convenient. I got into the building and my room without having to deal with a front desk, which was a relief after arriving late by train.
There was one time where the app took a little while to load the key, and I did have that brief “uh oh, I hope this works” feeling. It might have just been the signal, because after I restarted the app, it opened fine.
In the end, it was easy and reliable, and I’d use it again. I just wish it opened a tiny bit faster every time, mostly for that extra reassurance when you’re standing at the door with your bags

Everything was explained really clearly, and the check-in details showed up right when they were supposed to. Reading between the lines, you could tell they’d thought through the little things so there wasn’t any confusion or stress.

The room was tiny, and compared to other places I’ve stayed, the layout felt a bit awkward. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, just not the most comfortable setup.

I’ve been using these in my kitchen for a bit now, and they’ve worked really well. The pieces feel sturdy in my hand, and I like that they don’t feel flimsy or cheap when I’m cooking. They’ve been especially handy for everyday stuff like stirring sauces and flipping food in a pan. Overall, impressed with the quality.

I thought the decor was gonna look nicer based on the photos, but in person it felt kinda cheap and plain. Not awful, just not really the vibe I expected...

The stay was okay, but the facilities were disappointing. There was no gym at all, the Wi-Fi barely held up, and the kitchen area was tiny. Kind of feels like they could’ve put a little more effort into the amenities.

I reached out for help and got tired of waiting. Days went by with barely any response, and when they did reply, it was slow and didn’t actually fix anything. I don’t have the patience to keep chasing support just to get nowhere.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dusty, and the bathroom had a strange smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think guests deserve a clean, fresh space when they’re paying to stay somewhere.

The bed was okay, but it was too firm for me. I kind of expected it to be more comfortable, so it felt like comfort maybe wasn’t much of a priority here...

I used Numa for a short stay, and the luggage storage was really useful after checkout. It saved me from dragging my bags around all day. That said, I got a bit frustrated waiting around while trying to find the storage details in the app — the info wasn’t as easy to spot as I expected. Once I figured it out, everything was fine, but clearer instructions would’ve made the whole thing much smoother

The location was a pain. It was far from pretty much everything I needed, and I really didn’t have the patience to keep wasting time getting around.

I had a small issue with the shower and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but maintenance showed up quickly and fixed it without any hassle. The place was clean too, which was nice. Overall, it ended up being a really easy stay.

I didn’t feel safe during my stay. There were some concerning things happening around the property, and it didn’t seem like anyone was really taking it seriously. What bothered me even more was that after I’d already paid, the support suddenly felt way less helpful and kind of dismissive. It made me feel like once they had my money, my concerns didn’t matter. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I’m picky about noise when I travel, so I was surprised by how quiet it was here. I didn’t hear people stomping around in the hallway, and the street noise was barely noticeable at night. I slept well both nights, which is really the main thing I care about in a hotel

I had a small issue with my booking code, so I couldn’t get into the room right away. I messaged numa, and because they replied quickly, I didn’t have to wait around for long.

They sent me new details and that fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. It was a bit annoying at first, but the support was helpful, so I’d still book again.

Stayed at numa and the bathroom was good overall. It was clean, looked nice, the shower pressure was decent, and the towels were totally fine. I’m kind of tired of having to deal with extra service stuff when traveling, so I appreciated that there wasn’t much to think about here. My only small complaint is that the sink area felt a bit cramped for all my things. Still, I was happy with it.

The self check-in was super easy. I got the codes sent straight to my phone and was able to go right in without waiting around or dealing with anything confusing. Everything worked exactly as it should, i was really happy with how simple the whole stay felt.
